If your property isn’t listed yet, we start with research. We pull comps, see what guests are booking, and build a plan, design, amenities, systems, whatever gets you competitive from day one.
Before launch, we handle:
- Onboarding and property questionnaire
- Listing creation across Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and other channels
- Pricing strategy setup
- Security systems, smart locks, and noise monitoring
- Custom SOPs so the property is guest-ready every time
- Channel optimization for maximum visibility
By check-in, nothing is being figured out on the fly.
This is probably not for you if…
- You’re not ready to invest in the property. Listing it as-is won’t compete. Guests pay for real experiences now, not just a bed.
- You need even income every month. Peak season is strong, slow months happen. It evens out over the year, but if that swing doesn’t work for you right now, it’s not the time.
- You want a hands-on role. Somos is built to be fully passive. If you want to be involved in daily decisions, this isn’t the fit.

Our Locations
Somos currently manages properties in California (Lake Arrowhead, Big Bear, Orange County), Colorado (North Denver area), Texas (San Antonio), and Florida (Miami). We’re expanding into new markets, so if your property isn’t in one of those areas, reach out anyway. Our clients invest outside their home market all the time. Since we handle everything on the ground, you never need to be on-site. We’ve got it handled.
