If you want predictable monthly income with zero involvement, rental arbitrage is ideal.
If you’re open to earning more through short-term rentals and want to retain more control, property management is a better fit.

Rental Arbitrage provides a fixed monthly payment, similar to a traditional lease.
Property Management income fluctuates seasonally but often ranges between $9K–$12K per month, thanks to high occupancy rates and dynamic pricing.

In rental arbitrage, we handle everything—including furnishings, cleaning, and guest turnover.
